Chapter Meeting and Program
The Cutting Edge Chapter invites you to attend our educational program, following a brief business meeting, on the second Thursday of each month. Meetings will begin at 5:30 pm Pacific / 6:30 pm Mountain / 7:30 pm Central / 8:30 pm Eastern and the program will follow. Access information will be provided in an e-mail you receive after you register for the program (see various PayPal links and detailed information below).
In order for the chapter to cover operating costs and expenses, we will begin charging a fee for our educational programs, effective July 14, 2011. The fee schedule as approved by the Board is as follows:
Primary Member (member of the Cutting Edge Chapter): $5.00
Dual Member (member of another IAAP Chapter AND the Cutting Edge Chapter): $10.00
Guest (not a member of the Cutting Edge Chapter and/or IAAP): $15.00
Meeting schedule for 2011-2012 is July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, December 8, January 12, February 9, March 8, April 12, May 10, June 14, July 12. Occasionally, meeting dates are subject to change and members will be notified via e-mail. The tentative topic for each educational program is shown in the table below.

The 35 divisions within the six IAAP districts have an annual meeting sometime between April and June. For a listing of all division meetings, go to http://www.iaap-hq.org/events/dam/index.html and click on the division link in which you have interest.
The International Education Forum & Annual Meeting is IAAP’s premier event taking place during the summer with an average of over 1,800 attendees. This event offers more than 50 education workshops focusing on topics from management skills to leadership development. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the inner workings of the association by attending the business sessions that highlight the association leadership. And don’t forget the numerous networking events that provide social gatherings with your peers.
FALL CONFERENCE
The Fall Conference is held each October in various locations in North America. This 2½ day conference provides opportunities to network, share ideas, problems and solutions with other admins. You will have the opportunity to hear three to four top-notch presenters and return to your job with renewed energy and vitality. You will also receive recertification points if you are an active CPS and/or CAP holder. You can receive CEU as an alernative to recertification points.
